Healthcare Job Application Automation (UK)
An agency platform that assigns daily application targets and uses bots with AI-drafted answers to apply on UK healthcare job boards, tracking status centrally.
Problem / Challenge
Healthcare job applicants and recruitment agencies need to apply at volume on UK health-service job boards, reuse answers and write supporting statements.
Solution
Agents manage clients on a Flask web app and an administrator assigns daily targets. Bots sign in to the supported boards, collect jobs and fill applications using answers generated with OpenAI and retrieved from stored candidate information (ChromaDB). Application status syncs to MongoDB, and an optional API drafts supporting statements.
