A brokerage needed to submit property offers quickly and repeatedly across its listing service, transaction forms, email and e-signature tools.
Solution
The bot reads tagged listing emails from Gmail (or a local list), pulls the listing details, fills the transaction and offer forms, waits for the signature-request emails, completes the e-signature step, and drafts or sends the offer email with attachments within a configured time window.
