Recruiter Candidate Export Automation
Exports candidate résumés and details from an employer job-board dashboard into a spreadsheet, replacing one-by-one downloads.
Problem / Challenge
Recruiters needed a bulk export of résumés and candidate details from an employer job-board account that offers no convenient bulk download.
Solution
A Selenium-based desktop tool with a tkinter interface opens the employer candidate dashboard, filters by job title or status, works through each candidate card, downloads the résumé and appends the candidate's details to a CSV file, marking each session complete in a tracking spreadsheet.
